Raleigh, NC 27610 · A mid-century ranch reimagined from the ground up.
This three-bedroom ranch was taken down to the studs and rebuilt from there. Every major system is new — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, siding, windows, and doors — and the floor plan was reworked to add a second full bathroom, a dedicated laundry room, and a walk-in pantry. Outside, the lot was cleared and a new fence wraps the backyard.
The full renovation was designed by Wilmoth Interiors — floor plan, finishes, fixtures, and selections throughout.
